With operating and business development experience across a wide variety of crops, geography, and business disciplines, Mr. Hughes' leadership positions include 14 years at the transaction advisory firm Verdant Partners LLC (10 years as Partner), and 15 years as CEO of Memphis-based Stoneville Pedigreed Seed Co.
Bud holds a BS degree in Agricultural Sciences from Texas Tech University and has been active for years in a variety of industry and non-profit organizations, particularly those with a mission in agriculture or education.
